Roles & Responsibilities
- •Provide personalised care to seniors in their homes
- •Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- •Monitor and report changes in health status
- •Offer companionship and emotional support
- •Ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- •SPM / equivalent or higher
- •Passion for elderly care
- •Good communication skills in BM and/or English
- •Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required
- •Willingness to undergo training at Care Concierge Academy

What qualifications do I need to join Care Concierge as a caregiver?
We welcome applicants with nursing qualifications, caregiving certifications, or relevant healthcare experience. If you are new to the field, our in-house academy offers training programmes to help you get certified and placement-ready.
Do I need prior caregiving experience to apply?
Not necessarily. While experience is valued, we also accept passionate individuals who are willing to learn. Our Mastery in Caregiving programme provides comprehensive training for those starting out in the profession.
What types of placements are available?
We offer a range of placements including live-in home care, hourly flexi care, assisted living residences, and day care centres. Placement options are matched to your skills, availability, and preferences.
