- Respectful personal care & hygiene routines
- Safe feeding practices & texture-modified diets
- Skin care & pressure injury prevention
- Observing & monitoring changes in health status
- Measuring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse)
- Safe medication administration using the 7 Rights
- Identifying & preventing falls and pressure sores
- Managing choking emergencies
- Emergency response & escalation protocols
Specialised Skills for Complex Care
From RM150/pax per module · 4 hours each- Understanding the chain of survival
- Hands-only CPR technique for adults & children
- Correct AED operation in emergencies
- Types of dementia & progression
- Communication strategies for dementia patients
- Person-centred care for behavioural symptoms
- F.A.S.T. stroke recognition & emergency response
