The visionaries behind Care Concierge

Martin Yap

Founder | CEO

An architect turned entrepreneur, Martin’s mission to revolutionise elder care started 15 years ago while working at Green Leaf Retirement Resort, a premium retirement resort in Sepang. An advocate for technology and good design, Martin’s passion for elder care stems from his desire to create a viable solution for his ageing parents and immediate family, having personally cared for his late grandmother who suffered a stroke. He founded Care Concierge to provide an option for seniors to age in the comforts of their home, promoting the concept of ageing-in-place.

Justin Yap

Co-Founder | COO

An Iowa State University graduate, Justin Yap is the co-founder and COO of Care Concierge. At the helm since 2018, he champions care solutions that look beyond traditional means and methods of rehabilitation. Justin also heads the Healthcare Innovation and Digital Health divisions within Care Concierge, forever in the pursuit of new, innovative, and viable solutions for elder care. Together with Martin Yap, he ensures that no stone is left unturned when it comes to seniors ageing in the comforts of their home, thereby promoting the concept of ageing-in-place.
